Alejandro Ramirez was born and raised in Colombia, where his passions for aviation and music took flight early in life. In 1999, he graduated as a military pilot from the Colombian Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science, flying aircraft such as the T-41, T-37, A-37, and Dornier 328.

In 2004, Alejandro moved to the United States, earning an MBA in 2006 while advancing a distinguished aviation career that includes the Lear 60, Hawker 4000, Challenger 604/605, and Global Express. With nearly 10,000 flight hours, his experience shaped a deep understanding of timing, flow, and precision, elements that now define his work in music creation and mixing.

An entrepreneur and founder of Fligent, Alejandro completed a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Harvard University and has been featured in Voyages San Antonio Magazine, Voyages Dallas  Magazine and Startup Magazine. He currently manages a corporate flight department in San Antonio, Texas.

As an author and music creator, Alejandro blends storytelling with sound. His books include Essential Entrepreneurship: Deep Soul, Soul Reconnection, and Alejandro’s Journeys: Pilot Memories from the Cockpit. Under the name DJ FL450, he produces and mixes music inspired by life above the clouds, emotional, atmospheric, and deeply personal.
